KARANG TARUNA 

      Karang Taruna (youth cadets) is organization that grows and developes on the basis social responsibility by community especially the younger generation in the village. The name of youth cadets in my village is Bregal which is short for the name of the village Brenggong and Tegalsari that formed since two years ago.

      The benefit of following the youth cadets is to strengthen the membership of the people in the village which is the goal in establishing this organization.

      Like many other organization, youth cadets has an organization structure. someone who has a great responsibility is selected through voting to become leader, the second person will be the vice chairman. Secretary, in charge taking notes at regular meeting. The treasure, in charge records every outcome and income of money and keeps the organization’s cash.
     Youth cadets has several program conducted every year such as competition in celebration of Indepenence Day, cheap market that held in the mid-fast or before lebaran and regular meeting once a month on the first Sunday night. At the meeting each member is required to pay ten thousand and also held arisan so that the members keep going to the meeting. 

      To become a member of youth cadets there is no special provision but usually for people aged 12 to 40.
